Your unique fitness journey starts here.

Welcome to Sine of Strength.

If you’ve made it this far, I’m going to assume you’re not here for a magic pill or a quick fix. Good — because you won’t find that here.

My name’s John. I’ve spent years working in rehab, personal training and data analytics. It’s a unique mix and it’s taught me one crucial thing: progress isn’t random. It’s measurable. It’s deliberate. And if you’re willing to lean into the process — really lean in — you can change more than just your strength. You can change the way you think, move, and live.

I created Sine of Strength to be a resource and a guide—for those who love movement, those who want to move better, and those who are ready to start making progress in a way that lasts.

Here’s the part you don’t hear enough in the fitness world: you don’t need to be perfect to make progress. You just need to keep showing up. Even if you’re tired. Even if you’ve had a bad day. It’s the small things done consistently over time that create the biggest results. Consistency beats motivation. Every time.

That’s why my motto is simple:
Do hard things.

Because that’s what strength really is—it’s showing up when it’s hard, and trusting that the process will get you there. And if you keep at it long enough, you’ll realize that strength isn’t just what you lift. It’s how you carry yourself through life.

Thanks for stopping by.
Now—let’s get to work.

— John
